Return & Refund Policy

At Positively Pucci, we want you to love your purchase! Since all our items are made to order, we have a unique return policy to ensure fairness and quality.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
✔ A clear photo of the item showing the issue
✔ Your order number and details

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
✘ Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection (please check the size chart before ordering)
✘ Color variations due to screen differences

Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and we cannot make changes.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please reach out if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days.
